True. I didn't really take into account how bad Jons voice was during that leg of the tour. Could anyone who heard him do it the arena leg and/or the Crush/OWN tours lemme know how he sounded?

Hopes up!
Hope he practise a lot and in next tour we can hear Blaze, Always and Hey God!!! It would be so awsome to hear again with that 95 style...
In Youtube you can see a great video of Hey God in 95 from Argentina as well!
I just hope that while going to "country" they won't start to prefer that acustic stuff... Doesn't make good for the songs...

I remember Jon struggling with Blaze a bit at the July 2001 Giants show.

I have a DVD from a gig they did in California on the Bounce tour and it's truly the best version of Blaze I've heard. Jon screams the second verse, and every time I listen to it I get chills. It's amazing.

And to answer the origional question I'd say we will hear the origional version again, yes. The acoustic version is class but if he voice is sounding as good on the next tour as it was on the HAND tour, then no doubt about it, I think they'll play it.

As I recall he did Blaze decently on the Crush/ OWN tour, it wasn't one of his best songs singing wise, he did struggle with it a bit and the Bounce tour it was awful, but Jon's voice in general on the Bounce tour wasn't great.

I think he likes the HAND tour version so it may well be what we see next time out although I think now that he has his voice back on track he could certainly sing the original without a problem. I think it may depend on the new material and whether they are doing any ballad type songs.

I would if I could but I haven't the faintest idea how I would go about doing that. It's from the gig at tHe Arrowhead Pond (April 10th 2003) which I got from ebay so it's out there and the entire gig is worth having. The performance of Keep The Faith is also the best I've heard.

True but the reason he's sounding so good this tour, or part of it, is because he's eliminated about 80 percent of the songs that made his throat that way. So it's kind of circle.
