Atlantic City Expressway members?

Does anyone know the full list of members of Atlantic City Expressway? I've seen it referred to as a ten-piece band, but I've not found more than eight members listed:

I've also seen Charlie Mills listed for drums instead of Jeff Kinder--does anyone know which is correct?
