I'd actually be pissed of if the band were selling an item as signed by the band, but they hadn't asked me to sign it (i.e if I was Hugh)....

In a way though it is still Bon Jovi, they see themselves as the 4 + 1 it seems... so in a way those 4 make it the band

I guess I saw it as "this is as close as I'll probably get to the band and it may be the last concert I'll go to so why not get something that means something to me". I guess it sounds stupid and wasteful to some people, but theres always a little memory behind it.

he was part of the band that she saw on stage... Maybe not an official member, but had there have been a guest who played the whole show, he or she would have been part of the band that was onstage that night.

now this is a good question to ask on bonjovi.com, what do they think about the fact some people could spend so much money for their autograph ? i know it's not their "fault" but i couldn't be proud of me thinking about fans who aren't as rich as me doing this sort of thing .... i'm sorry, i just don't like this ...

there's somebody who's a little bit famous (famous in any case) for refusing to sign anything because people are making so much money on selling them on, ripping off the fans... Maybe De Niro.

Danielle, if you like the picture and are enjoying it than that is all that is important. You still have a story to go along with it, even if it isn't as colorful as some others who have gotten autographs in person. I considered spending $100 on the Jersey sweatshirts they were selling. It's up to you, what you spend your money on. Get a good frame and hang it with pride!
