wow i didnt even know Steven was still part of the convo which is great bc as a drummer i totally appreciate matt sorum, but adler was just much more raw and emotive, less metronome good, more feel good...love that...

great info on the people that have played together - had no idea....

honestly was at the Giants game this weekend and yes it was awful for many reasons and unbearable cold....but they play GNR at every stadium on earth all the time....they must make a fortune from that i would think...money cant be a concern for any of them unless somehow axl got the royalties with the name...

but im a credit nerd and without looking i think early gnr at least had the band concept where everyone gets song writing credit royalties...?

For what it's worth, I was at one of the first few shows of the Circle Tour and 6 songs off The Circle were played - We Weren't Born To Follow, Superman Tonight, When We Were Beautiful, Work For The Working Man, Thorn In My Side, Love's The Only Rule. With the exception of the latter two, those were more or less regulars throughout 2010 even though the latter two were ignored for a while.
