I think you are not banned, you are not member, because when I log in Merchandise section and I just try to buy tickets, it tell me that I'm not member and I cant buy tickets because I'm not member and in My account it shows me that I'm not member...they canceled my membership???

Sounds very strange. I've renewed my membership and has no problem logging in. Did you receive the receipt for your renewal?

I think thats my problem too, and today they will sell FC tickets for Germany...

I wrote them email, if they dont solve this problem today...I will post this story to the media...I'm really angry on them, I never posted nothing wrong, we all just want some answers

I never renewed but I could still log in up until Saturday when my details are no longer active. Shame I was enjoying reading all the complaining! Looks like Saturday was the day when they wiped down all of the unrenewed accounts.

I have to say it's refreshing that there are actually differences of opinions and thoughtful debate over here and no one is getting banned or deleted!!! The things that have gone on with the fanclub over the past few weeks are absolutely disgraceful. And I have to say, I managed to get decent tix from ticketmaster for the Pru shows--for FACE VALUE--so I'm not missing my membership much at all. What a slap in the face to the loyal fans--and I'm not even one who got shut out of a sale or realized after the fact that I wasn't getting early entry.

To be fair all the tickets I have got through Backstage have been pretty easy and not that expensive for FC ticket only. The main balls up they did was not tleling people beforehand that you had to buy tickets on there to get early entry. I bought 2 tickets for Amsterdam and have only been charged £115 which was the price of one ticket at the O2.

Goodness knows why UK tickets are so expensive compared to the rest

I only renewed today. My FOS tickets for Hamburg and Gelsenkrichen were a 100 Dollars each, which is about 70 Euros, which is about the same as my precautionally bought GA tickets for those shows...quite fair prices (apart from the ridicioulus 50 charge for nothing). Otherwise, its just a rip-off and THE worst fan message board I've ever seen.
