I never was a fan of the first two albums and I'm still not, but I've always liked this song. One of the better songs from "Bon Jovi" IMO. Jon's voice was so immature at the time that once my mother came to my room, this song was playing, she even asked "who's playing here?" and after I told it was Bon Jovi, she couldn't believe her ears. She said that "his voice timbre has totally changed"
