Well drinking at a concert is way more stupid. I always can't understand why people spend their time with drinking beer and other alcohol instead of listening to the music. If I want to drink I go into a bar. How can someone follow and enjoy a concert when he is drunk?

LOL, Mimi, I know very well who you mean. She got the right answer from Jon in 2003 in Gelsenkirchen, maybe you've seen it.

Who says they are getting drunk? Nuthin wrong with having a few drinks to loosen up a little. Great music and drinks go well together dont ya think? When you go into a bar or a pub do you put money into the juke box?

Well personally I don't understand wanting to get drunk full stop.

I've never been to any concerts but I think that a drunk person being loud and obnoxious would be just as bad as someone with a banner.

You think if I don't drink I'd even consider doing drugs?

In Dublin in 2003 there loads of banners for Tico, and at the end when Jon was introducing or whatever the band members he grabbed the camera and made it turn around to show all the banners

And the girl next to us had a banner saying Just Older, Still Sexy (something along those lines) which she held up during Just older, Jon saw it, winked and she took it down.

I think banners are good if you want them to play a particular song..esp if it works!

I'd have my banner facing behind me saying "Show me your Tits"

think it would work?

If people are not holding up banners in front of me all the time then I have nothing against them. I don't really care if they say something silly or not, it is up to the person who makes it.

I had one last tour which I took to every concert but I never held it up as it was made of cloth and Richie even say Thank you the first time he saw it. And, that has been one of the best memories so far.
