Bon Jovi played 1996 in Buda-Pest with Helloween and Paradise Lost as support. I couldn't go...sadly but a lot of people I know ere there. A lot of them because of Heloween or Paradise Lost. They all said Bon Jovi were amazing and they didn't expect something like this.

I don't remember what album helloween were supporting while touring with Jovi but they were asked in an interview how it felt opening for such a mainstream band and if the crowd didn't react bad to the Helloween's metal.
The guy from Helloween said that the reporter obviously doesn't know Bon Jovi. He told that he personally had seen Bon jovi 1984 opening for KISS in Germany and he already knew that they were goint to become one of worlds biggest bands. And he also said that BJ's crowd was totally wild , just as good as thier crowd. AND , he also said that he is sure that Helloween would appeal to a lot more people after opening for Bon Jovi.
That's the sort of stuff I like to read about Bon Jovi.
