No - after being told I sound like I've inhaled helium, I made the decision of not sharing any of my vocal covers of Bon Jovi in public anymore.

Also, I don't see anything wrong about well-done impersonation shows either, as long as it displays good taste and dedication to the craft. The Jon guy of Slippery When Wet may not do all the moves as convincingly as the real thing (that's one thing Jon can still do at least), but he's clearly watched a lot of footage and rehearsed his visual traits carefully. I also think he's a pretty good singer overall, but obviously sounds even less like Jon than Jon does nowadays - more like Gary Moore in my opinion also, on the video I posted of the band they had a shitty mix and that seemingly made all the bands performing at the event sound like crap - I watched a Mötley Crüe tribute show filmed at the same festival and their sound was even worse... it being a festival was also the reason why that pole dancer was there, although I have no damn idea either what she was trying to do up there

As for the missing keyboard player, if I remember correctly, they've never had a "Dave" in the band on the first place. Now that I think about it, that would most likely be f*cking hilarious; the guy would probably be given a curly blonde wig to wear and everything

Currently at number 4 of my favourite tribute bands, but they still have some potential I'd say

For example, here the whole SWW band immediately sounds miles better with a proper mix - feel free to check it out:

Oh my god, the empty front row on bad name with "Jon" jumping towards them just makes this utterly perfect

Wrong Jovi are meant to be decent.
There's another one local to me called Jon Bovi.

Yeah, Wrong Jovi are good. I'm FB friends with their singer, he's a cool guy. He's got Jon's character down pretty good on stage as well:

I don't think Bounce have ever performed outside Germany.

They did play countries like France, Netherlands or Switzerland on occasion, but not beyond that. The costs of a "European tour" would be too high for what they'd earn on that scale (also since they all have day jobs and usually do this on weekends only). That's why I think that clubs rather hire local cover bands instead. They don't even play their shows equally spread over Germany because of that.

The best cover band there ever was definitely were Kon Chauvi. You know a band's gotta be good when Jon and Richie in the 90's said about them: "they play our songs better than we do."
