I would recommend you get the Yokohama 96 DVD if you can. Overall in terms of quality, setlist, and performance it is one of the best.

Live From London is one hell of a performance. Get that before any other and think back to the good times.

no doubt : live in wembley 1995 it's not a "good quality dvd" but supreme performance!

and apart from that (but it's just on vhs...access all areas)

so you don't think that This Left... is a good DVD? Recently I bought Crush and was thinking about the other one.

That's a fantastic DVD. Soundwise it's superb, it's presented in 5.1 Dolby Surround, great venue and wonderful performance from the band.

If you like TLFR you'll love the DVD, even if you don't like TLFR you may come to like it after hearing the songs live (as I've heard many say). If your going to get it, get the two-disc versions, plenty more extras including 6 songs from the bands concert in Hyde Park and a Q&A with the Band.

Er, DVD is a medium made for high quality stuff. And Live From London is just awful quality. And yes I care. Because the sound of the bootleg from Live From London is better than the sound of the DVD. You can't play this DVD loud because the sound is terrible and you get a lot of hiss and all that stuff. That's why I care about the picture and soundquality.

Yes. However, Clapton is perfection during his shows that were released on DVD, and is into what he's playing while Bon Jovi isn't. Any Clapton DVD is better than any official Bon Jovi DVD. Plus they're always the complete shows, unlike a Bon Jovi concert DVD.

With my copy at least not only does it look like a bad transfer from a copy of the VHS release but the sound dips constantly in addition to it hissing when played loud. If I remember it's only Dolby 2.0 192kbps and even when I tried ripping it to my pc the sound dips too. I rarely watch that now, I prefer to just listen to the bootleg, which is at least good quality aswell as being the full show.

It's also presented in DTS 5.1 too which is higher quality than the Dolby track.

Yeah, that's right - it's a shame that they don't put whole concert on DVD. I don't think I can ever see them live, even though I'd love to. So it would be really good if there would be everything on the DVD... but probably it's not possible
