Well, its says "the best" and for me TAALS is obviously the best :P I don't think any other would have made me a fan. Especially not the ones that followed TAALS: IML and Everyday

KTF what made BJ to surive the most important era 'the 90's' or else they would have been another hair metal band fade away in 90'....

But TALS also is great song...

I voted for Bad Name, because it's the song that made millions of us (me included)fans, however, I think it is a very close tie with It's My Life, which introduced lots of new younger fans to the band.

Yeah I have a soft spot with It's My Life because it made me a fan, but for importance to the band and the shear greatness of the song I simply had to vote for Keep The Faith. KTF is a better song than IML, but you could argue that IML was as important to the band as KTF was.
