Just realized we didn't have the legendary Any Other Day from the O2 yet:

Maybe the lyrics are cheesy, but I love this particular version.

If you wanna call the lyrics cheesy, you can all you want. But I find this song to be one of the most real songs Bon Jovi have ever released. And I love it. And this version. Edit: except for Jons AWFUL guitar solo at the end. Oh God.

Count this for two votes, cuz dang, I love this version as well. But I think this one is even better:

I know it was written before, but if you want to split hairs here: Most of the songs on Crush were written before 2000 as well

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a decent video of it, but this HAND performance from Frankfurt 2008 is one I still remember very vividly. At around 0:58 Jon pulls one of the cameras to his face, then punches into it and screams "wake up!". It can be seen pretty good on the screens on the side of the stage:

Cool find! Haven't seen that one before. Also reminded me of what an amazing run the Lost Highway Europe Leg was. That was a good time being a Jovi fan.

Jon had confessed to having cobwebs in his voice, someone neglected to plug Dave in, Tico seemed to be bogged down by the humidity. But with this song, the rest of evening fell into place:

I didn't even LIKE this song until I heard this version live.

Maybe if Jon had let Richie, Dave, Tico and Hugh just flat out jam more often, it would have buttressed their musical credibility and also given him a few precious minutes for resting his voice.

Like the song says, "Honeys, don't forget to breathe!"

The only flaw in this performance is Tico's attempt at a dashiki.
