Without looking at any of the posts I voted for Bounce and then waited for the page to re-load to see how much of a majority vote Bounce had. Must say I was pretty shocked to see HAND winning, and by such a large margin. While I love Last Man Standing I really can't stand the next 3 tracks, and to have such a big chunck of the album being that poor ruins it for me.

Ah its too hard to pick between Have A Nice Day and Lost Highway. I love both albums. I think HAND wins hmmm.

The actual song Have A Nice Day is a rocker and I believe if it didnt have the same lyrical elements as IML and Everyday, it wouldnt get so much crap as it does on this board. Dirty Little Secret and Last Man Standing add to the album's "rock" element with superb songwriting. I Wanna Be Loved is one of the best mid-tempo songs of the decade. Great lyrics once again. I Am and These Open Arms are beautiful ballads IMO and the album wouldve been that little much better if they had included Nothing. WTWYA is very cliche but I think it works. Should not have been released as a single, but a good album track.

Last Cigerette and Story Of My Life are also enjoyable, while Unbreakable is just a fun track to listen to. Then there is WSYCGH. I dont hate this song but I dont love it. Im on the fence with this one.

The only songs from HAND I dont really like or listen to often are Bells Of Freedom, Wildflower, Complicated and Novocaine. I know most people love Novocaine but i just dont get why. Bells of Freedom isnt too bad I suppose, Id just rather listen to other tracks.

i'm glad someone else said it about Novocaine...i don't get the love for this song. the music is boring...jon sounds terrible...the lyrics overall are ok, but the 2nd verse is just stuipd...the background vocals make me cringe. had the potential to be a good song, but missed it IMO.

i put on HAND yesterday, seeing that it was winning here...i thought "well, i haven't listened to it in a long time, maybe it's not as bad as i remember". i made it through bells of freedom thinking "this isn't so bad"...then we got to wildflower, and it was all downhill from there until the B-sides came on (minus I Am, which is pretty good). too bad - a few song substitutions and this could have been a pretty decent record...but the last half of it just does me in. oh well.

Oh god, the Novocaine fiasco. I remember it like it was yesterday. Basically the result was this: http://www.drycounty.com/jovitalk/sh...ight=novocaine

Personally it had grown on me but it isn't the best song.

I'm going for Crush. It's the album that made me a fan so I'm biased, but I feel that half the songs on there are good where most of the other post 2000 albums only have 2 or 3 good tracks on them.
