I quite like "Hey God". I know it's not sad for us to relate to, but it's a sad story about the kid Junior, and the toil his mother goes through. These Days hosts a lot of sad songs and it's a good album for that.

It's Hard Letting You Go just seems so pitiful. It's definitely the most sad in my opinion.
