I have a little hard to say whos voice i like best... i really love richies but jon sings great too... but i chose richie but i tink they both really good!

Jon to me has the best voice and should continue to be the front man for Bon Jovi. I think they all have nice voices, but Bon Jovi would not be the same for me without Jon as the lead singer. The sound would be completely different.

The reason I became a Bon Jovi fan back in the 80's was due to the set up of all the band members. It is the group as a whole that makes it work. They each have an important part to play, their own role within the band, which is what makes it work for them, and which is why, as far as I am concerned, they are still here after 20 years. I'm well aware that all the band members have their fans but I doubt they would have the same impact with any other member as the frontman.
