I ordered it in mid-November and when it still hadn't arrived in mid-December I wrote to all the customer service addresses I could find (), and they replied back that they couldn't find my order
But they asked me to provide as much information about my order as possible, so I sent them my confirmation e-mail, a copy of my bank papers, so they could see that the money had indeed been withdrawn.
All in all, I finally got my magazine a couple of days ago.

Just sucks, that they withdraw your money and then claim to have lost your order. Rina (my friend who also posts here) has given up on them and is therefore $ 10 and a magazine short...

Damn yanks!
