I will be very excited for a 2018 tour if he can improve his breathing and timing - that's my biggest issue with his vocals since the BWC tour.

There's no autotune - it would be heard far more audibly if that was the case. The note sounds completely normal, without a hint of that robot-like "compressed" sound we've been hearing on the official THINFS tour multitrack recordings, the MetLife 2013 live stream etc. It's obviously live. After all, Jon pushes that note out of his lungs like it was a matter of life and death for him, and I don't think a C5 is exactly an impossible note for him to hit even nowadays (on a one-off fashion at least), as he could still hit a couple of nice B4s on These Days at the Hyde Park show on July 5, 2013 while falling somewhat flat on the A4s of It's My Life and Keep The Faith as well as on the G4s of Bad Name back then already.

He hits every single note on all the choruses and even nails the two high "ain't nobody LEFT BUT US these days..." parts at the end of the song like a boss.
Then again, here we have him struggling mightily throughout the same song just a few months later:

A deterioration of this level can't be natural within such a short time between the performances.
His range is obviously not shot, but he can no longer control it like he used to. That, as I've noted already, is due to his confidence problem.
