so Ok I am trying to find them some good excuse forgive me .... didn't the oompas let us know about richie tv as well which is not about music and they added a major info ... there is NO INFO nad the guys are continuing to work on the cd ..
I agree 100% that they cannot publish just 100% only music info .. but the soul mention was like what ???? it is soooo not about any Jovi at all beside jon is the owner .... what can the dear fans in the booklet testimonials from Lebanon and Iran and Russian and Poland can do with the Soul ?? BON JOVI is such an international band .... arena football info have not much to do in the bj.com site I think ...

my guess is that 80% of Bon Jovi fans turned into Soul fans --- just like that. Reading up on football rules, buying jerseys, etc. Hence the interest to BJ fans.

I also think that a major part of the Souls popularity/media time whatever you want to call it, stems from the fact that JBJ is the owner of the time -- the name of the owner is pretty much vital to the team. Hence, what better way to promote that side business than on the owners website?

Kind of like those websites that claim you get something for free, but then on the bottom they always try to sell you something

Commercially (from Soul's point of view), it makes sense. But, I'm sure most Bon Jovi fans couldn't give a toss. It just gets in the way. Before, I could just ignore it all but now we're all checking in to bonjovi.com for tour and album updates and we get excited when we see 'Update', only to find it's about some crappy arena football team.

"The complete guide to the best Bon Jovi sites on the web", and then you get links to Billy Falcon´s homepage, New York Giants homepage, Official web site for Fishman Acoustic Power (what the **** is Fishman and what has it got to do with BJ?). And where are the links to the FAN sites?

Bj are playing guitars ( Jon and richie) and fishman are real good acoustic Pu ,if they use it ,that's interesting :P
better than other links (fan sites ,you could find with google) I would prefer ,links to fender ,gibson ,ovation ,Marshall, takamine, Floyd rose guitar etc

I think Bj.com sound pretty fed up with fans who havent got a life and just keep pestering them day and night for info on the bands every move. That is what the message reads to me. They are right, Bj will tell us when they are ready with the album, ready with the tour and to stop winging like a bunch of spoilt idiots for info.

The album etc will be ready when its ready, bet they wish they had never announced it as some fans must make their lives miserable.

I think their message is also for different types of fans, therefore the ones that are interested in football get football coverage. The ones that are behaving in a stupid obsessive manner are told to back off. Sounds about right to me.

Dawn I am sorry but in this new there is absolutely no football info .. I am french and don't like football but know though they have played 4 games and lost 2 and that they are in their second year .. it's not even info .... who in the jovi DOESN'T KNOW YET that JBJ owns for 50% of it an arena football team called the soul ...

Actually, I can kind of see where they're coming from. They've probably got 2000 questions about the tour clogging up the system--not that anyone seems to understand that asking isn't going to make them have any answers to give.
