Well he couldn't manage all of them, but a few I think he could, though I think it more of a difference in style that would stop them from doing any of the songs. Can you imagine Jon in leather pants singing Crazy Little Thing Called Love? Ok that would be funny actually, but not realistic lol

Try reading my post again. I'm a Queen fan and though I think that song is a bit cheesy I like it, I just meant that it would be funny to imagine Jon Bon Jovi singing it whilst dressed as Freddy was in the video.

Not to stray too far off topic, but I love some of the songs that Brian wrote, things like '39, Tie Your Mother Down, We Will Rock You, Save Me, Hammer To Fall, Who Wants To Live Forever, I Want It All (not sure what else he wrote, or even if he wrote all of those all himself)

I think that the only person who could do justice to a Queen song is George Michael. If you've heard his performance of Somebody To Love at the Freddy Mercury tribute show you'll know what I mean, he really did a fantastic job, pity he didn't get together with Brian and Roger instead of Paul Rogers (no offence to him, he's a good entertainer and performer, but I personally don't think he does all that good a job with some of the songs)

It would be cool to see Tico and Roger side by side on a stage trying to out-do each other, that would be awesome,

and the fact that they are both gay is just a coinsidence! lol hmm i dont know i think Jon could pull it off. then again i think he is able to reach LOAP high notes 2 but hed be sore in the morning! iv often wondered why he doesnt do that on the last tour of each section when he was like 3 weeks off. e should go flat out on every song to make the show amazing! then have time to recover.

but not to go off topic lol

No, Jon couldn't and in my opinion never could. There is a reason that there are so few covers of Queen songs and that is because Freddie had an amazing range. This was painfully evident at the tribute concert when indeed the only one that actually pulled it off was George Michael. Even singers that have great voices sounded awful that night.

Don't want to stray but I'm pretty sure Save me was Freddie, Who wants to live forever was together with Freddie and I want it all was written by Queen - although Queen fans know who basically started the song the song is atributed to all 4.
Brian wrote some of the best rock songs - shame his voice isn't powerful enough for them..

(if we keep this up this thread will be moved!!! )
