The last one I received is No. 3/2002 that arrived a few days back (End of last week or something).

If you don't receive it soon you should e-mail them. This happened to me in the beginning of this year, too, and they send a second one. Sometime there are difficulties with the mail from the Netherlands and something get lost.

Wait another few days and mail them if it doesn't arrive.
