Blood Money

I don't know this has been discussed before or not..

But what's up with "Blood Money" ending ? That song is great but the ending fades like it is not a complete song. (That's the way I felt it.)

Anybody know why?

You are quite right - it's probably not the full song. When Jon was on Rockline in 1990 he played an extended version of the song. It's not impossible that they recorded the longer version and trimmed it for the album.

They needed a short song to go into the movie at a certain scene. I think it was when Billy and Pat had a confrontation after Pat agreed to turn in Billy. Jon wrote the song for that scene, but it wound up being about a six minute song instead of the short song they needed, so he trimmed it, but it was still too long.

yes i do agree with both of u on that song that goes too the movie young guns but i never knew it was cut down and trim too fit the movie and for the album too thats why i am wondering why for please tell me soon. i love jon so deal with it ok.
