It has now been confirmed by the Info HQ that this Special Limited Tour Edition of Bounce with the live/backstage DVD/VHS will only be available in the USA and Canada. 
Any USA fans willing to buy a truckload and sell the extra copies to us international fans? Or, alternatively, is anyone willing and able to make copies of the DVD and/or turn it into a VCD? I would obviously prefer the real thing myself, but since we're given no choice, some of us might have to settle for copied versions with colour-photocopied covers.
