He was fine until the LIVIN ON A PRAYERRR part. His voice was a bit toneless on WWBTF , but I wouldn't say it was bad as such.

And I don't get this whole "Ooh it's great exposure for the band"

Why doesn't Jon climb onto the top of the London Eye, whip out his under developed cock for all to see while shouting "Coooowee, Mrs farebottom I can see your bloomers!"

The band would be all over the press and they wouldn't have to sell out in the process.

Hardly appropriate to call it hard rock night though.... this lot couldn't get softer if they tried!

Fair point.... and also Cheryl was better and less drugged up than Whitney.
Think you know what I meant though.

lmao, yeh **** this x factor stuff...they do could easily do jonathan ross surely? 15 minute interview with the band, and play maybe two new ones and a classic at the end.

And that would get them nowhere near as many people hearing they have a new album out.

And this jovi "sell out" stuff is just bullshit. They're a band who want to sell records - and will promote it to do that. like it or not, this show is the biggest promotional opportunity in the UK. Sure, it's not rock'n'roll, but wtf has that got to do with anything? I'd rather they do that then play some retro festival full of nothing but forgotten 80's bands, which is the impression i get some of you would like them to do.
