Bon Jovi Bounce - not for sale in EU

I've noticed one funny thing... On my copy under the barcode it is written "Not for sale in the EU". OK - this for Eastern Europe market (as I suppose). But - the number under the barcode starts with 440 - and this is country code for... Germany. It is nothing unusual, most of the cds sold in Poland are produced/pressed in Germany. But the writing means that a product manufactured in Germany actually cannot be sold there... I just (you know - this is some kind of my own proffessional freakness ) wanted to ask other fans from Europe "outside of the EU" - do you have the same code?

Mine is 4400631362 and I'm from Holland

But it doesn't say "Not for sale in the EU", but "Made in the EU" somewhere in the tracklist.

And it says "manufactured in indonesia for indonesian market only"
Too bad mine is casette since they haven't released the CD here, but i'm going to buy the cd anyway when it is released.
