This was a small clip about the show. I realize for someone who has never seen the show it doesn't tell you much.

Something I had never heard of in the BJ show was about Richie falling on the band's 2006 Tour of Japan. He injured his shoulder and was in great pain. To keep himself playing on the Tour he took strong pain killing drugs with alcohol. So he became hooked on the pain killers. I have no idea if that is actually true or not? With a show like this you have to take it on faith that what you are being told is actually true.

From what he's mentioned in interviews, it's true. The post-Japan outdoor run of that tour was a messsss. Bobby had the solo in HAND because his shoulder couldn't take the weight of the double neck Telecaster.

Thanks for confirming this for me. I don't know if you have ever seen the show, but what it does is mix real clips of the band with "staged scenes" with actors. When the show was talking about this there was a shot of an actor that did look a lot like Richie in a darken hotel room sitting with a sling around his arm popping pills and washing them down with alcohol. I felt so sorry for the real Richie after seeing that.

Thanks for posting. I think it is very clear why people thought this was about her and Richie's relationship. I can't understand why she went back to him?
