So basically the guy you worked with has got all the wisdom. Please let him post over here, I want to hear all his views on rock music and what it's all about. 4 uptempo songs with heavy guitars in it don't make an album a rock album.

Rock or not it sucks. It's not just about the labels, you know.

But that is what's on Bounce?
4 uptempo songs
4 ballads
and 4 midtempo songs
at least that's the way I see the album.

The one who talks about someone being more stupid says I'm stupider. Enough said. And instead of bashing me for that comment you could've explained why you disagree. What are all the uptemo songs to you then? Like Javier said, it's pretty clear that there are only 4.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

You're just making a fool out of yourself again...

There aren't more than 4 uptempo rock songs on Bounce. Undivided, Everyday, Hook Me Up and Bounce. Now, prove me wrong.

And as a sidenote, only one of them is listenable.

If you admire everything about them with no questions asked, http://www.backstagejbj.com/ is a forum for you, not this one.
Hear hear.

if people want to waste time discussing where they can buy jon's socks then Backstage is for you.

"criticism" in Backstage just isnt even considered there, they still think jon is the singer of 10 years ago.

in reference to an earlier comment, surely by being prepared to critically look at the band's output and its direction today we are merely err being individual and getting sucked in and believing every word that comes out of Jon's mouth: "Bounce is a very socially concious record", "There's no way Pat Leonard wont be producer on the next album" blabla.
