It would be great to see them playing during the Halftime. Madonna didn't do a good job, in my opinion. Obviously if Jovi would play there, I don't think there's gonna be great coreographies (maybe we, Italian fans, can organize something, remembering Udine's concert, eheheh.....).... and if they're going to start a new tour around that time, it would be a great promotion, for the tour and for the new record... and an amazing celebration for the band 30's anniversary.
Wanted, It's My Life, a new song and Prayer! With fireworks, something like that...
That would be cool! They're a Rock band, they don't need egyptian-like dancers!!!!

Not for us die-hard fans. But for the other 99.9% of the world that loves and shouts to Prayer, it can't get much better.

Look at The Who's performance a few years ago. While Daltry sure as hell can't sing anymore, it still was pretty cool. I'd expect a performance like that from Bon Jovi.

I say bring back the pyro for the key change on Prayer for the next tour, starting at the Super Bowl!

Just like the 2002 NFL kick off they did, it was all for free and they did it to promote the Bounce album. Why did they wait a full month to release the damn thing after such huge exposure is beyond me but, they did it.....

To build hype and get people excited. It backfired.

Would love to see Bon Jovi do. Couldn't help but think that madonna looked like skeletor from He-Man when she came on.

I've never been a Madonna fan, so i can't claim to love it, but i thought it was solid. Music not withstanding, it had ace production values. Bon Jovi could never match that. Besides, what medley would they string together for us? Odds are It's My Life & Who Says You Can't Go Home would be among them. Prayer, obviously. That leaves room for maybe one more, perhaps Wanted, or Bad Name. I'm just not 100% positive a half time performance from Bon Jovi would be all that exciting.
Tom Petty/Bruce didn't really have much staging and it was pretty good
Prince relied on the music too..with the exception of is on demand thunder & lightning

Don't worry about The Superbowl. Have 'em play at the AFL Grand Final.

Real football, my non Australian friends...
