Our good old MEN arena holds 18,000 fully seated...

did BJ actually sell out all the US dates? i'm sure they did but i'm just asking

the pics that we have seen from the US shows, they looked pretty packed to the rafters! Im sure all the 15-20,000 seater arena's in the US sold out...easily! There was probably another few thousand listening outside!

glad they don't play fully seated arenas here, i can't imagine being stuck in my seat at a ROCK concert....i prefer standing
although i would really like it if they played arenas here, cos they're more intimate and you're probably closer to the band than in a stadium
plus, the sound might be better in an arena.
but then again, we couldnt have this great massive stage, lights and fireworks in an arena....

tough choice

tough choice
the best stage setup I have ever seen was at an Alice Cooper concert - and this was at a 3,500 seat Apollo theatre

whether it's an arena or an apollo gig the stage is roughly the same size which is why Iron Maiden were able to put their Brave New World Tour stage setup on both small theatre and big arena (and rock in rio stages
