Now I don't know much about Ellen DeGeneres, but I'd suggest that's unlikely...

I agree with you. Yes, I know we have to take it with a gain of salt when Jon says something but it seems lately that no matter what the man says, people are critical about it. Apparently, to some, he is lying everything that comes out of his mouth. Of course, he is not literally there washing the dishes but I don't think that he is NEVER there. I do believe that it's mostly Dorothea, Stephanie and his Dad there but now and then, yes Jon will there. He has done many things without the cameras or press there and so it's not all publicity. Give the man some credit.

No, I'm not some gullible fan who worships Jon. I have been a fan for 23 years and know how he is but it just seems it's now OK to bash Jon, no matter what.

As for the interview, I liked it. He is always relaxed when he comes on the Ellen show. Ellen seems to like him and is obessed about his marriage!! she is just amazed that she has found a rock star who has been married for this long. When it was 18 yrs, she mentioned it. Last year at 20 years, she mentioned it and if he were to come on next year (which he won't, I'm just saying) she will mention that he has been married for 22 years. Every time he comes on, she mentions it. No problem with that.

I know it's offtopic buy you've just said the reason why sometimes as a fan of this band I don't feel very comfortable here. I don't know if I'm the only one who thins that way and no offence, but there's some really annoying people who will bash Jon no matter what he does or doesn't. I mean really, since the HAND tour Richie hasn't been on fire, so it's not Richie's fault because he was drunk and lazy it's Jon's fault because he's hogging the spotlight? Gimme a break, what's next? Was Jon's fault that Tico missed a beat during one song? Or was it Jon's fault you broke up with your girlfriend/boyfriend? It has been like a trend, like Justin Bieber gets mentioned bashed in coments of almost all the YouTube rock videos, Jon gets bashed whenever he gives a recent interview or we get some news from the band.

Oops! My bad. I forgot about the insiders that know better that any other fan how things really are, around Jon, the record company, the FC, the promoter, the management team, the crew... Next time no comment.

I will agree with your statement, only those that LOVE everything and anything Jon does, are real fans and welcome, those that are not OK with some or most of it, should shut up, it's not right to criticize.

In my case, I love the music, and I can't care less about most of what they do otherwise, so sorry not to fill the mold of true fan, etc, etc..

That's life !! So sorry for the annoying people bothering you ......

Justin baby and Jon are the targets LIKE any famous people

maybe your issues will be less painful with some more bon jovi practice ...You are a 16 years old guy for real ? Then I cannot blame you for that but you are too fresh and too fragile for the real world maybe ... I am too old here to accept everything Jon says with a amen ....for many lying is acceptableor part of the function for me it is not... at least not anymore .... if he didnt mention my dad is a cook there in that restaurant and my wife and daughter work there I wouldnt have blinked... that restaurant may have changed but at first it was clear it was just his foundation name and money involved now what on ellen he spills the beans it's him for real his wife and daughter and father for real (plus it seems that restaurant works one night a week it's not like it's a real hard work commitment )....

fans all in all , all think about the same things in the same proportion EVERYWHERE some are very happy some are more skeptical this is real life ... if you think on here ppl are overly nasty then you are going to be VERY UNHAPPY in your life as a bon jovi fan in the normal world... you need to get some thicker skin

I love the Ellen Degeneres show

Was there anyone bashing Ellen and her show ??

Some of the cynicism around here is extreme and it's hard to take those kind of comments seriously. Middle ground makes the most sense. Jon is neither God nor the devil incarnate.

I'm quite fickle when it comes to Jon, at the moment I like him.
