I can hear a Born To Run (Springsteen's) influence just after the solo on Lost Highway. Between there and the Cmon Let's Go!

I can hear to a Jacko influence in the prechorus of Everyday (Smooth Criminal)

Another way bon jovi 'bought' there songs. First take a influence song and turn it around a bit. Then turn that song around a bit. 10 years later turn it around a bit again, 2 years later again and again

Good call:

Springsteen - Down By The River (I think that's what it's called) => Born to be My Baby

NSync - Bye Bye => Everyday (Hello, Andreas Carlsson!)

Not sure what you're thinking of there, Bruce doesn't have a song called Down By The River. There's The River, but that doesn't sound anything like Born To Be My Baby. There's a Neil Young Down By The River, but that doesn't sound anything like it either.

Nah, I'm thinking of the Springsteen one. IMO, the chorus is definitely similar.

Yes, I find the chorus melody to be similiar. Of course the arrangement is different, but it's similiar IMO.

And that BTBMB video is awesome! Too bad it's not a proper live version - then it'd have included some harmonica as well!

Then why is Two Story Town there? That is a blatant rip off, I'm surprised Jon didn't get sued. Probably Joan Osborne realized that Jon can afford more expensive lawyers.

Something to Believe In -> Don't You Forget About Me by Simple Minds (Similar opening and the "hey, hey, hey" is EXACTLY the same)

Maybe because One Of Us is not a Bon Jovi song?
