I will be downright brutal to sit through some of those people waiting for Bon Jovi to come on.
Good God! You are right about that. Who the heck are the Kaiser Chiefs anyway? That Il Divo is Simon Cowell's new creation. But having to sit through 50 and P. Diddy is a bit much to ask anyone. : P

50 Cent, P Diddy, Kaiser Chiefs , Il Divo, Jay-Z? I shudder just thinking about it. Not to mention the pot heads there to see Dave Matthews. It's quite an assortment of music. I wouldn't mind seeing Will Smith, though...I like him. He's friends with Jon, did you know that?

Yeah, I like Will Smith. His song Switch is quite catchy. I had no idea he and Jon were friends. Wouldn't it be cool if Will rapped on one of BJ's new songs!!!

LOL

Official from Keith Urban.net- still waiting for official from Bon Jovi.com

KEITH TO PLAY LIVE AID CONCERT
May 31

Twenty years after the Live Aid concerts, musical superstars are joining in a five-city spectacular to push a political solution for African poverty.

"We don't want people's money. We want them," Bob Geldof, the driving force behind the Band Aid and Live Aid campaigns, said Tuesday as he announced plans for Live 8 concerts on July 2 just days before leaders of the world's richest countries, the G8, meet in Britain.

Keith and other musicians including Madonna, Paul McCartney, U2, Faith Hill, Brian Wilson, Crosby Stills & Nash, Coldplay, Sting, Andrea Bocelli, and Jay-Z will grace stages in London, Philadelphia, Berlin, Paris and Rome.

The concert in Philadelphia will feature Keith Urban and Bon Jovi among others.

Hehee..I know! It is like once they see him, they are under some kind of spell. Actually, I have been meaning to listen to some of his music. Any recommendations?

I would start with Golden Road with the lastest Be Here a very close second. His first album, self titled, was a little too cookie cutter Nashville but does have some killer tunes as well. But the spell really hits seeing him live- just like Jovi. Let me know what you think if you pick up his Cd's

Yeah, what she said. I'm making about, oh, I don't know... half the Dry County users Keith DVDs so if you want one let me know. It's like Val said, seeing him live is what puts the spell on you. I loved his music before I saw him in concert, but once I saw him in concert it was like discovering another Bon Jovi.

Val... Karen and I are already tossing around the idea of a trip to Philly. We've just GOT to get some tickets.

That sounds like a nightmare. I'm sure the amount of people wanting in will be much higher than the people they can accommodate.
