This may be true compared to later parts of the tour, but I still think that the overall performance sounds better than anything we've seen this tour (including Jon's voice).

Yeah, sorry I was just talking that tour which ended up pretty decent in Europe.

Oh, I know. There's no doubt it got miles better in Europe that summer. I'm just saying that the show that is regarded as one of the worst of the Lost Highway tour is still better that anything we've seen on this tour so far, both musically and vocally (apart from Richie's little vocal issues, but Richie was still there, nonetheless).

Never liked Richie on I'll Be There For You at all. I honestly just don't feel him singing the band's songs at all solo, it should be either Jon or Richie and Jon harmonizing. That's Bon Jovi.

Richie's performances of the song can often give me goosebumps, and I love it when they just seem to go on and on with that outro solo.

But thats the question that you are facing- do you prefer better band quality or better sound quality? I'd definitely mine Bremen 95 and Wembley 95 for some, Hard Rock Calling 2011 is decent for the more recent versions of songs too.
I'm aware that Richie was ill during this particular show but even so his version of These Days adds a fresh dynamic to the song. I really like it. TBF to him he goes out of tune twice in the song, otherwise he sounds good. Jon for the most part sounds very good, although during Sleep he struggles slightly. There's no Wild In The Streets in this recording.

As for Richie's take on I'll Be There For You, it completely destroys Jon's IMO. The one from MSG is breathtaking.

Edit: For the record I much prefer Richie's voice to Jon's.

Shepherds Bush 2002 - For me this is the best gig they've done post 00's. Great vocals, lots of energy, crowd sound good, guitars are turned up louder than usual, a little improvisation on the lyrics and arrangement of certain songs. Brilliant.

I'd love to have the complete recording of this. I can't find a bootleg anywhere and ripping off YT just doesn't cut it.
