This is very true. I am trying to think of an artist that has remained the same from the beginning. Seriously, I can't think of any 'good' artists that have not evolved and with that unfortunately, I mean they've changed their style and lost fans and gained new ones. Even my most favorite bands have 'changed' (BJ included). I don't like it, hence I keep moaning and hoping for a return to the old times. But I suppose it's a fact of life.

I don't know why some people here still do though when they haven't liked the bands music for 10 years, along with complaining about the shows and blah blah blah
you might in about 15 years Honestly, once you 'followed' a band - many bands - for a LOOOONG time and lose touch and things get out of focus, is when you'll understand - until then, do not judge

but argueing about things you don't even like seems like a pathetic waste of time.
oh Neil, honey!!! I have to put this dig in (forgive me) but it is never as much a waste of time as watching 'Back to the future' for the 349870th time :P smile

As for the main topic at hand: Who cares? So the other title should read "Why BJ don't pop-rock anymore" Big deal. All the bands you brought up in your post ARE pop rock bands - Motley, Guns, Aerosmith ... all the same - they are all selling tons of records because they were popular!! Big freaking deal.
