Default Bon Jovi on AUDIOSLAVE

Why does Bon Jovi just TRY to ignore pop groups and learn again how to make really good rock songs? If they try have now a more "pop" style or "Creed style" of rock why donīt they begin to listen to AUDIOSLAVE?? Thatīs a REAL SOLID rock band and IMO the BEST rock album in the last months...If YOU people like ROCK music and u donīt listen Audioslave yet, give a try...

I would like Jon listen to it and give his opinion about the music they made...Thatīs a real ROCK album that was missing...Not alternative, but REAL rock...Not weak ballads and pop apeal...

I own Audioslave's new album and honestly, it's not that great.. It's not bad, but it's nothing special.. The lead singer isn't that good, the guitars are technically not so good at all. On "Like A Stone", the guitar solo sounds really neat, but it's so simple to play. Some songs are alright, some are baaad. I don't know.. I just can't get into them.

I rate their new album: 5.4/10

Well man they can be not that great, but i think these last Audioslaveīs new album beats the other every few rock albums out there (including Bounce). Bounce ,IMHO only has 2 masterpieces that must be classical : Bounce itself and Everyday. Other ok songs (but not that brilliant) are Undivided , Hook Me Up (the guitar) The Distance and Love Me back to life (these last 3 songd deserves 5.5-6.0) Bounce and Everyday save the album which in my opinion is WEAK. The 2 songs deserves a 9.0-9.5 and 8.5 .

Audioslave deserves 8.0 in their album ( a good old solid REAL ROCK ALBUM)

I dont' think Bon Jovi sounds like Creed at all. Creed sounds like Pearl Jam, and Bon Jovi does not sound like Pearl Jam... er, I mean Pearl Jam does not sound like Bon Jovi

And just because you like Audioslave doesn't mean Jon has to and it certainly doesn't mean he's a fool if he doesn't. Fool.

No, I didnīt say Jon HAS to like Audioslave...But both me and Jon likes rock...And Jon said he liked Creed, Pink etc...īFor REAL rock fans, donīt u think Audioslave kicks Creedīs ass??? I mean they have lyrics and they have energy and sound Creed lacks off... Bon Joviīs The Distance is a clear reference to Creedīs style of rock...Although itīs still Bon Jovi (far from their best, but still is BJ thereīs no denying).

i strongly disagree...we've all had this discussion b4...just because one views rock as hard drums, angry guitars, it doesn't mean everyone else does as well for example.....there's no such thing as REAL rock..to me, its all based on your own perception, and what you enjoy listening to i guess...

yup!

And whoever said Audioslave's singer isn't good...

This IS Chris Cornell we're talking about? He's one of the best singers in rock today.

Why aren't you at an AUDIOSLAVE website waxing poetic on how wonderful the combo of Chris Cornell and RATM are... instead of coming here to complain?
