I just thought Jon was really concentrating on the lyrics. He didn't seem pissed off or anything to me. Looks like they may have lots of company on the road this summer. Wonder if the steel guitar guy, Bobby, and Lorenza are all going with???

It looks likely that Bobby will be touring with them again i'd say...

Don't get all this Jon slaging off from his performance in LH...you've got to remember that this was recorded on a TV set and not a a concert...of course his mood is going to be different and of course he isn't going to be going for it asmuch.... i thought he done a good job...espeically from the 2nd verse onwards vocal wise...

I am positive that Jeff will tour with them again, too. Just like mr. Bobby Bandiera.

To be honest I think they did a good job on the Have A Nice Day tour except the guitar solo's by Bobby which where awefull.

To be honest; I just checked the performance and I thought it was pretty poor. The vocals where way off and very flat.

Truely no emotion in the vocals and it sounded powerless that way.

Although the band did a very nice job.

I don't think he sounds bad, but he looks like he's reading the words off a prompter....
In any case, this song is really growing on me.

Thing is though, Jon looked exactly the same during the "hey hey" parts, which was the wierdest looking thing ... a) i'm sure he doesn't need to concentrate to much to remember "hey hey", and b) if there's one part that really needs some energy and even a smile, it's that, but as it was it just looked bizarre

That's exactly what I thought. They just didn't go out there and sell this song. It was more like they just got through it with a barely adequate performance. I think it could be excellent live if delivered with some enthusiasm.

Will the violin/fiddle player be going on tour with them too?

Agree with most of the comments posted about Jon's performance of 'Lost Highway'.

Although I still think it sounded pretty good, a bit meatier than on record. (Same goes for 'We Got It..')

However, it's obvious it could and hopefully will sound a lot better Live. And
'Make a Memory' sounded great.

Jon did look like he was shitting a brick though.

Jon absolutely wrecked that performance the band were sounding so good aswell.

Is it because he can't play guitar, concentrate on the lyrics and be energetic simultaneously?
