James Durbin - I'll Be There For You - American Idol 2011
Not sure how I feel about the popified arrangement, but Durbin's voice is very similar to Jon's to say the least. He's actually now the lead singer for Quiet Riot.

Technically not a talent show, but the singer once won the Swedish edition of X-Factor and fronted H.E.A.T. many years, now fronting Skid Row.

Erik is awesome. Miss him in H.e.a.t, don't care about Skid Row much but they got a better singer than Baz in him live definitely.
