Steph,
Teaching is a very hard but WONDERFUL profession! I have my bachelors in Elementary/Special Ed and New York State requires a Masters Degree to be Permenantly Certified so I am currently getting that in Reading and Literacy. But there are lots of ways to work Jovi into your lesson plans:

Here's some "fun" examples
Daily Language Problem:
Correct the following sentence. Circle the mistakes and proofread with capitalization, puncuation, and spelling:

john bon jovie was born on march 2 1962 in sayreville new jersey

Math problems:
Bon Jovi started with 5 members. They now have 4 original members. How many members have left?

Richie plays a double neck guitar on Wanted. Then he plays a single neck for Never Say Goodbye. Find the difference between the # of strings on Richie's guitar.
