Did you listen to the Blaze of Glory album?

Do you think Jon would ever let Richie take the lead in the future on a new Bon Jovi song -- from recording to performing?
Other bands do it, I don't see why not.

You took the words right out of my mouth.

Bon Jovi in the late 80's / Early 90's is not the same guy we have today. That guy does not exist anymore.

Jon wrote 6 of those songs on KTF. Yes, Richie added the extra guitar element to Dry County but they are still Jon's lyrics which in essence is the song as far as I'm concerned.

Jon also wrote Something to Believe In and It's Hard Letting You Go off These Days by himself which are my top two songs off that album. They have that rawness with an amazing vocal. AKA why I love the Blaze Of Glory album so much.

Jon is the lead singer and the lead singer he will be!!!!!

Bon Jovi are talented musicians. I would love to see them switch rolls a little. If Richie could play an accordion, I’m sure he could play a piano and probably a ton of others too. I’ve seen Jon keep a pretty steady drum beat here and there. Not just at the Borgata while Tico did that song but few other times too. Dave is probably a closet genius who could play everything as well.

They should do something cool to shock the fans. Jon is way too conservative to let that happen though.

Jon can play guitar and keys quite well on his own too.

I hate when other bands do that. Everyone has a place in the band, Jon's is the singer, Richie's the guitar player, stick to that.

It's a band, it don't need to have places. They can switch roles and it's still fine with me. I love when the guitarrist or other member take the vocals in some songs. Joe Perry is the first that comes to mind. To me, the songs he is in the vocal are awesome.

Yeah I agree. It's awesome specially when you have great musicians like Richie or Perry..
