Billboard Hot 100 Rules. Streamings are also counted, so basically by watching videos on Yahoo you can help a song in the charts.

As Deb earlier said, the Billboard charts (especially Billboard 200) are based on actual sales. Lost Highway was certified platinum at the end of October. Actual sales at that time were around 860,000 and it still hasnīt sold over 1 million copies in US (around 970,000).

Was HAND better sales-wise than? (I do instantly hope so!)
