It's always later in the States than elsewhere. It's usually a couple of weeks later here than Japan and the day after Europe since Europe gets new releases on Monday and we get them on Tuesday. November 11 is a Tuesday this year, but it's also a holiday (Veteran's Day). Maybe just the post office and banks will be closed.

i gotts say over here when its a bank holiday monday items are still released just noone can get (unless u know the boss of the store and get em early anyway
) so i think the would miss out on a day of sales ratings...and we all know the band just want sales
