this aint a difficult one for me. i dont see how anything could be worse then TLFR. what a total pile of crap. if i bought a cd of jovi covers and someone had done that to those tracks... god. but they did it to their own music.

The choices i posted on this pole are only a few specific examples i thought of, they are things the band have actually purposely+intentionally done - im not after the whole ''hav they lost their passion'' arguement because thatz a whole different kettle of fish, and im well aware of it. So no need to be the snobb there BleedingP and try to sound all flashy thankyou.

I shood of included OWN in there aswell actually..was quite a let down, especially compared to the GNR DOUBLE live album that was released a few years back which puts it to shame.

The setlists wont bother me THAT much, as i will only see them a couple of times on a tour, and aslong as the songs are played well i can live with that. Would love to hear some these days stuff but its not like i wont enjoy the show if they dont play them. Iv seen diamond ring and these days twice so far anyway so im happy.

And also a bigg factor here on the setlist issue, 10+ yrs ago when we wernt all on the internet following and analazing (and in some cases ripping to shreds) the setlists, we wouldnt have known what we were to be in for.. It is our own fault for scrutiniszing the setlists so much that we know what to expect.

And Ill be there for you TLFR acoustic is quite possibly the worst thing they have ever done, theyv murdered the song.

Some people 'got' the album, i didnt really. i liked a few bits of it (BTBMB,IML and wanted) but as a whole it is a disaster in my opinion and they raped a pile of my favourite songs. So BleedingP, dont go telling me my opinion is wrong now, or youl start sounding like seb.

They've done all your poll otpions intentionally for sure, but the bad quality of it all is unintentional. I'm pretty sure they thought it was good enough.

And that may be their biggest "crime" actually, settling for "good enough" (even when it's not even close to that) rather than "the best we can".

As you said though, OWN may be the biggest let down of all because no special huge effort was required there other than putting one of their best concerts ever on cd and they still managed to screw it. When I think of it, it's almost as if they had released an album with just the snippets. What a warm welcome this would receive.
