Default Born To Be My Baby - Question?

Okay music geeks I have a quick question. As I said repeatedly, I have no ear for music. The first minute 25 seconds from the video version sounds much different from the mastered song (or the rest of the song) but if I listen for each instrument, they are all there.

Why does it sound different and what instruments are missing if you do a comparison?

Is it Dave's organ? If so, I think there's more than that too

At a first listen I would say there is way more guitar in the other version that makes the song sound louder and bigger/fuller if you wish.

I salute you,
TS

It's done like they're mixing it, which is why the sound levels of each instrument get louder when that instrument is shown.

The tone and sound is different. There might be guitar layers missing, or it could be different takes. If you listen to the lick before the first verse starts, it has a different sound to it as well, less processed.
