it's an excellent track, works so well live and gets the crowd going. although i'm going to be unpopular and say i'd rather see not see it in every setlist and have it swapped with something else that's fantastic yet underplayed...

When some of their songs are overplayed, it gets annoying. You don't want to hear them over and over. Then, on the other hand, there are those songs that could be played over and over, and you don't care, they are just that good. BTBMB is one of them.
They could play it all day, everyday, and it'd be just as good hearing it for the tenth time than it was hearing it for the first time.

I agree, I love the song but it's a strange one. I never get bored of it but I've heard it so many times now that I don't think I'd miss it if they played another underplayed track in its stead.

I feel the same about BM and IML. Great tracks in a live setting but wouldn't miss them if they were cut for a few shows.

I remember the first time I heard NEw Jersey this track stood out for me. I was gutted when I didnt hear it at my first show in 96 and thought it was amazing live on the Crush tour. The Giants 89 version is amongst my fave live performances.

However

It doesnt need to get played at every show, by overplaying it they have def taken something "special" away from the song making it somehow boring. Wild is the wind is massive fans favourite, fans know this gets played maybe once or twice per tour, thats the reaction BTBMB should have.

I feel the same way, along with Captain Crash and Raise Your Hands.

I don't really like how they pretty much abandoned the song on the These Days Tour. My fave version is the Giants '01 version. I like the "deep inside" thing they do a little after the solo.

I would LOVE to hear WITW when I see them in December. I would be disappointed if I didn't hear that song - I love it!!

It's a far from simple song.

I think the whole song has a huge amount to do with Desmond Child.

Genius!
