I've always enjoyed it at some level. True, it's nowhere near the same league and NJ, KTF, These Days, et al, but it has some great tracks there. The rockers are great, but yea, the slower songs are average at best.
I think it's certainly a bit more "experimental" than other albums, even though all their albums are different in some ways. I like it's heavier, more distorted sound, but there are some production issues there aswell.
My only real gripes with Bounce is that it's a very uneven album, and has an extreme lack of guitar solos. If they threw in some cracking solos on tracks like Undivided, Hook Me Up and Bounce, it would have really beefed up the album.
Despite that probably rate Have A Nice Day over Bounce in terms of consistancy, I come back to Bounce alot more than all the recent Bon Jovi albums.
