A lot of these are co-writer specific too. Jon didn't start writing with Eric Bazilian until D.A. period so I get a Rush being between D.A and Crush makes sense. Of those batch we know which were done with Richie and whichout (Based on writing credits and him playing/singing on the track.

I'd like to think the first batch are 1998 and the second are 1999. Apart from that there is a list of years floating around Obie put out maybe half a year after the box set came out. Some seem off so it's tough to take it all as correct, does anyone have it handy?
