You know, I'm surprised people haven't actually mentioned this, unless I missed it. But all I've seen on this board regarding Prayer and Charlies Angels is that it's on the soundtrack.
I'd think it's a little more interesting in how the song figures into the movie. It's not just some background thing. Drew Barrymore's character, Dylan, is having a flashback to her teens regarding an old boyfriend. They are riding in his car and both of them screaming their heads off to Prayer...kinda like Wayne's World with Bohemian Rhapsody.
