As the others have said he knows it - he's put it in a lyric - other than someone managing to magically turn back time 20 years there's really not much point in bringing it up other than to embarass Jon.

Donnu if it's a common joke that he makes, but I've never seen this one and it really made me laugh You can see when he's performing that he doesn't like this going up part.

I liked that too, screenshotted to post here but you beat me to it!

He's acknowledging that he finds it hard now, those notes aren't friendly to him.
