maybe it's just me, but did anybody notice Jon actually using that guitar throughout the song?!?! Seems to me he did a couple of strums at the end and that was it! Guess he just wanted to look the part

No he wasn't trying to look the part, there is no need for him to play it in the song. He was providing a beat by knocking on the guitar They played Saturday Night, too..which I'm sure he did play then.

oh my goodness..great performance of the song... jon looks fantastic here! so much better than his current looks. i just love the rugged unshaven, bandana look!!

i dont know if anyone agrees but i think the quality of bon jovi's songs nowadays and even their song selections for live shows has everything to do with jon's ability to sing the songs anymore. no matter how much we beg, performances like this are more than likely in the past as jon simply cant hit the notes anymore..
