Default come on done / postcards from the wasteland

I just heard the new single from Robbie Wiliams - come on done .. it sounds (to me) very much like Postcards from the wasteland

Has any of you heard this single of Robbie? and what do you think??

Aloha !

Robbie Williams has been hyped as a talent, but most of his songs a ripp offs. He uses a lot of things from Oasis. Though he has a few good songs though.

I never thought of that. I must listen to it again. Come Undone is much rockier though.

There is a part in the song Come Undone which is an exact rip-off of an earlier song of Robbie Williams, some 3 years ago. I forgot the title, the clip was a sort of cartoon, maybe someone can be more specific? So his new single isn't that original indeed.

I dont think dat Come Undone is more rockier than Postcards ... and in the parts where the chorus begins with 'come undone' you can start singing "im sending postcards from the wasteland" and it just fits perfectly .. so some parts of the song have the same .. beat (?) ...

if this is so .. does that mean that Postcards is a rip-off off that song from Robbie .. I dont think BJ would make a rip-off off somebody else ..

I wonder, why don't we talk in Dutch? You were right, let love be your energy is the song. Postecarts from the wastelands was written before this song I believe and it's just a small part of the song wich is copied so I don't think you can compare it from Postecarts from the wastelands. Also, I do think everyone in the music-business make use of the interesting parts of other songs. Sure everyone is being influienced by everyone, and why shouldn't they? It may not sound that original but hey, a good song stays a good song.

If you want to talk in Dutch you should head to www.forum.bonjovi.nl and register yourself, we can have the same discussion over there in Dutch.
