Postecarts from the wastelands was written before this song I believe and it's just a small part of the song wich is copied so I don't think you can compare it from Postecarts from the wastelands. Also, I do think everyone in the music-business make use of the interesting parts of other songs. Sure everyone is being influienced by everyone, and why shouldn't they? It may not sound that original but hey, a good song stays a good song.
